Anna Theodoridou is a Greek-born Nutritionist specialized in Sports Nutrition. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition of the University of Thessaly in 2018 and completed her internship at the General Hospital of Kilkis. As an undergraduate, she spent four months in Sweden as an Erasmus student conducting research on nutrition. She moved to the UK and completed a postgraduate program in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Middlesex University in 2021. Anna currently works as a Nutritionist at ABL Health, specializing in NHS Low-Calorie Diet Programme.

She provides customized diet plans and healthy recipes for weight management, maternal nutrition, and sports nutrition based on each patient/athlete’s nutritional and physical condition.
